New Self-guided Resources to complement GP Care from e-Hub Health
e-Hub Health are a NSQDMH Accredited Digital Mental Health Service. e-Hub Health have recently developed two new evidence-based programs. These programs, Moodgym and E-couch, are designed to be self-guided for patients and complement GP care.
Moodgym is a self-guided cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) program that helps people identify and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. The program features interactive exercises, self-assessment quizzes, and relaxation tracks. Originally designed for young people (ages 16-25), Moodgym is effective for adults of all ages.
E-couch is a self-help program with modules on depression, anxiety & worry, social anxiety, divorce & separation, and loss & bereavement. The program combines expert information with interactive exercises and evidence-based coping strategies.
